Unsustainable policies could have dire consequences once the victims are enlightened.

Countries that thumb their noses at climate change, such as to increase harmful pollution, might have to face criminal prosecution via the International Criminal Court, and the tenets of the Rome Statute of 1998. Whereby it is a criminal offence to cause hurt to another human, from your actions or failure to act to prevent harm.

A Nazi war criminal is a person who kills an unarmed human being or gives the order to kill another human being outside the normal rules of engagement in times of war.

In peacetime, a Climate Change Criminal, is a politician, industrialist or other entity that conducts themselves and/or their policies such as to (in effect) murder another human being from starvation or poisoning resulting from action or inaction on their part, and including dumping plastic in the sea to make fish toxic.

This philosophy extends to causing hardship and mental stress (torture), contrary to Articles 2 and 3 of the EU's Human Rights Convention and Articles 3 and 5 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The Indian prime minister Narendra Modi is charged with failing to protect life on earth, as crimes against humanity and our ecology.

G20 abusers will say they had no choice. They needed to keep burning coal, gas and oil for their economies - just like the camp guards at the many concentration camps, they were forced into business as usual. In the case of the camp guards, they argued they were just following orders. But that is not true. We all have choices. There are clean alternatives, such as solar and wind power. There is no need to keep building coal fired electricity generating stations, and no need to drive carcinogenic petrol or diesel vehicles that contribute to lung cancer. We have hydrogen fuel cells, electrolyzers and zero emission electric vehicles.

If you are going to increase electricity capacity, it makes sense to invest in renewable energy, unless it is that the fossil fuel giants are lubricating the works with party donations. If that is the case, we say that such contributions should be transparently declared, that the public is informed as to what is guiding policy decisions.

FLOP 26 climate change conference fiasco

India has the same insatiable need for coal as its more powerful neighbor, and India has the world's fourth largest coal reserves. Western media have a lot of hype surrounding India's investment in renewable energy, but it is often omitted how central the coal is in India's plans for economic growth. The renewable target of 175 GW capacity in 2022, pales in total in relation to coal accounting for 70% of the country's electricity supply, while India aims for a coal production of 1 billion tonnes of coal in 2023-24.

The steel industry will quadruple production and is increasingly buying metallurgical coal from Australia and other countries.

India calculates with a double oil demand and a triple need for natural gas by 2030. The willingness to compromise ahead of COP26 is therefore non-existent. Like China, India will demand significant emissions cuts in the West as well as the money on the table at this meeting.

According to the Paris Agreement, the West will pay for the climate roofs on the rest of the globe, without anyone having calculated what this will cost. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

The Indian government made it clear in June that India would not give in to carbon blackmail, and came with strong criticism of Western countries' unwillingness to pay for the climate measures they want to implement on the rest of the globe. We see it the other way around. India is blackmailing the West.

Oddly enough, the EU's proposal for a border carbon tax has in practice been abandoned following similar criticism from several other countries. Why not simply ban all imports from and exports to countries that fail to live up to the UN's targets. Create a "Climate Curtain." Sustainable (clean) countries on one side, dirty countries on the other.

The EU may be a large emitter of greenhouse gases, but they are trying to move to a hydrogen economy with relatively large R&D grants, even though the funding system tends not to allow SME's and not for profits, a look in.

What India should be thinking about is how they might lead the technology charge, rather than looking for (handouts) others to bail them out, in doing all the dirty (clean) work, when it is India that will benefit from climate cooling. We thus harbour doubts as to Narendra Modi's geriatric policies.

One only needs to take a look at the Holy Mother Ganga, to see that India has some extremely unhygienic habits. They are a major polluter at all levels.

India relates to CO2 emissions per capita as a measure of CO2 emissions, and will argue that this should be used as a basis for measures instead of Western countries' proposals. India emits about 2 tons / inhabitant while western countries are in the area 5-15 tons / inhabitant. The problem being that they have such a large population of underpaid workers, who should they cease to be financial slaves, would indeed, raise global CO2 levels

Adolf Hitler and chum Heinrich Himmler  [Allegedly, Adolf Hitler did not die in that bunker incident C.1949.  Apparently, he was fired into England, strapped to a V1 rocket, leaving behind his false teeth.  He parachuted into Wealden that night hoping to meet some deviants, who'd arranged a new identity for their fallen comrade.  Apparently, he landed in Crowborough, shaved off his moustache and was mistaken for a council official, whereupon he infiltrated the ranks of the local council and trained them how to use his terror tactics to control the peasant civilians.
